Although maybe not officially a "Grime DJ", Westwood has always supported grime on his Radio 1 show, with guests from artists like Dizzee, Kano, Fire Camp, Bashy and lots of less known grime artists too. Now with a second show, 1Xtra Rap Show on Sundays which is nearly 100% UK music. This Sunday show has been mainly grime, with big shows like, Boy Better Know, Ghetto and Griminal with Little Nasty.

About Westwood

Westwood has now been in the game for over 20 years. Mainly a US Hip Hop DJ, but now moving into supporting Grime as well. Going from being a club DJ, into the Pirate Radio scene. Before coming through into Legal Radio. Among the shows Westwood has had, he used to do shows on Capital, doing the Capital Rap Show and more. Later getting picked up by the BBC. Now with his 3 weekly shows on the BBC, and constantly supporting grime on all of them. Bringing grime artists through on his main Radio 1 show, and many more through 1Xtra in the few months he has had the Sunday night slot. Also the show on Tuesdays is a short show, but shows alot of music and often some grime in there too.
