Rapid is primarily a grime producer from Bow E3, East London, but is also an MC. However it is in producing where he has made a greater mark to date, and he is acknowledged as being one of the best producers in the grime scene. He is a leading member of the collective 'Ruff Sqwad' and is their most prominent producer. He has Many a hit since bursting onto the scene with Ruff Sqwad ranging from 'Move' feat Tinchy Styder to more recent hits like Top 3 selected feat Ghetto and 'Xtra' featuring his own group Ruff Sqwad, which his vocal features on as well. It has been said that, following his success with grime music, he may experiment more with other genres.
